Baked Apple Crumble: Gluten, Dairy & Refined Sugar Free!

Apple crumble is such a simple and tasty dessert, yet generally it is filled with flour, oats and sugar; not exactly ideal for gluten free or health conscious people.

I actually made this recipe because I have so many apples at home, just sitting in the fruit bowl looking sad. I find it’s always a good idea to make a cooked dessert out of old fruit so that it doesn’t go to waste, because everyone loves dessert. So here’s my take on a healthier version of apple crumble, an old classic that everyone will love!
**This recipe is gluten, dairy, sugar, soy and egg free, and is suitable for vegans.
