Looking for a little snack thats actually healthy… AND gluten and dairy free? Well look no further, today I’m showing you how to make Coco Bliss Balls, which taste naughty but actually aren’t! These are my favourite snack and are packed full of protein and super foods! Have you tried Coco Bliss balls before? Here’s my take on the recipe, let me know how you go!
1 cup of Almonds
1 cup of Dates – soak for 15 mins in hot water
1 Tbsp of Chia seeds
2 Tbsp of Coconut
1/2 cup of Cacao
1/2 cup of Coconut oil
Add any dried fruits or other types of nuts if you wish!
Put it all in the blender then mix into small bit sized balls! Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week.
