Day trip to Bardonecchia, Italy

Today Lexi and I are taking the train just a short hour and a half from Turin to Bardonecchia, a gorgeous little ski town that borders Italy and France. Many locals spend their winters here, sipping on luscious Italian hot chocolate, enjoying warm polenta with sausage whilst spending the days going up and down the ski fields, just sounds perfect doesn’t it?

Sadly, I didn’t get the chance to spend a lot of time in Bardonecchia, but we made it there for a day trip, so come and enjoy it with me! We walked from the little city centre up to the ski lift which was about a 20 minute walk.

Have you been to Bardonecchia? Did you get a chance to ski? I’d love to know what the ski fields are like!
