My Quit Sugar Trail

Today I picked up Sarah Wilson’s I Quit Sugar book and read through the majority of it.
I’ve come to terms with this concept of ‘quitting sugar’ many times before, but always revert back to my old lifestyle. This time I’m going to make it for good.

Why though? Because sugar is the devil? Nahhh. Because I have an autoimmune disease that needs healing? Yeahh. That one sounds about right.
But that’s not only why, I want to get healthy and be without my afternoon sugar slumps, and serious cravings, so I say, be gone old friend/foe.

Tomorrow (Wednesday 21st August 2013) I will begin Week 1 of the plan, focusing on reducing my sugar intake. Sounds easy to me! Let’s see how I go.

Have you quit sugar? Tell us about your story below, because I assume I’ll be needing more motivation in the coming weeks!
