Raspberry Ripple by Sarah Wilson

Today I made Sarah Wilson’s Raspberry Ripple. This is a great dessert or sweet treat filled with antioxidants from the cacao. It is super easy to make and kind of reminds me of a healthy rocky-road!
The only thing I did wrong, was to not blend the rice malt syrup into the chocolate blend enough, so in some patches it is sweet and others more bitter, but hey I’ll know for next time.
